At St. John the Baptist, we welcome and deeply appreciate the generosity of our volunteers.  We could not do our jobs without you!  Different kinds of knowledge, skills, interests, and experiences are needed to provide a well-rounded education for children and so the involvement of volunteers in our educational mission is truly valuable. Volunteers can participate in many ways – reinforcing learning skills; monitoring small groups of students; assisting in our library, cafeteria, and much, much more.

Volunteers are indispensable to our efforts. Your participation will help to ensure the best possible environment for our young people.  Please contact any member of our PTC Council for more details about a particular volunteer opportunity.

All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment.  In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before beginning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school or institution.

Please contact the school office for more information on becoming a school volunteer.  Thank you for the generous gift of your time!
