Registration & Tuition Information and Policies


2026-2027 Enrollment Info Preschool-8th Grade

Current Families will be able to reenroll current students and complete an application for any siblings new to St. John's for the 26/27 school year beginning on Friday, November 21st through December 19th. 

New Families will be able to complete an application to enroll at St. John's for the 26/27 school year beginning January 16th through February 13th.  Families will receive an email 2-3 weeks after the deadline notifying them of acceptance or being placed on a waitlist.   If accepted, families will complete the enrollment forms and pay the registration fee. 

Upcoming events to learn more about St. John the Baptist School

Preschool and Kindergarten Parent Info Meeting- January 16th at 6:00 p.m.  Come hear from our Preschool and Kindergarten teachers to learn more about our school, what a typical day looks like, and how to help your child be ready for school.  Our principal will also share details on how to apply and enroll at St. John's, info about EdChoice, and other financial assistance programs available to our families! 

Open House- January 25th from 12:30-2:20 p.m.   Take a tour of St. John the Baptist School to see how a small school can make a big impact in your child's life! Meet and talk to current students, families and teachers about why they love St. John's!

Please note: You will need to upload your 2023 tax return by February 16, 2025 to be eligible for financial assistance through the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF).  Your 2024 tax return must be uploaded by April 15, 2025 to be eligible for St. John's financial assistance.

Bus Service is provided through Southwest Local Schools.  Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations must meet Southwest Transportation guidelines to be eligible for services.
